I could not recommend Dr Zachariah highly enough. He's the game changer. He's really helped me with some complex concerns, including an underactive thyroid. My GP just kept telling me that I was taking enough levothyroxine so I should feel fine. Dr Zachariah was immediately able to work out what was wrong and alter my treatment so that I did feel fine! He's been superb at helping me sort out a weight issue as well - when nobody else could. He's incredibly knowledgeable and he listens and he takes his time. He's also been very encouraging whenever I see him and I've found that really helpful. I've seen endocrinologists privately before but Dr Zachariah is a cut above the rest.

I first met Dr Zachariah in February 2022. Immediately he was able to diagnose Autoimmune Thyroiditis and started me on treatment. Following his recommendations I began to feel some energy return and the various symptoms and pains started to reside. This filled me with huge confidence and I felt I was in a safe pair of hands. Dr Zachariah’s professionalism, compassion and immense knowledge of thyroid disease has really impressed me! He listens intently before prescribing a treatment plan and is available for advice if needed via his email, which was very reassuring. Since being under his care my health and confidence has improved vastly. From sleeping 16 hours a day and still feeling exhausted, I am now much better and looking forward to returning once again to my nursing career. Dr Zachariah has been fantastic! I would highly recommend him to other patients, we all deserve the best! Thank you Dr Zachariah.

Dr. Zachariah is a wonderful professional and person. I came to the UK from the Netherlands and after struggling to get a specialist for my hypothyroidism through the NHS, I decided to go to the Spire Hospital in Gatwick under his care. Best decision ever. He listened to everything I had to say and my symptoms - not like other doctors that take validity away from my story because "your blood says it is ok" or "that is due to stress". I told him how I felt, and he did a wide check on my blood and an echo, finding out I did require a medication change.... so validating and comforting to know there is someone out there that actually believes you are not going crazy. Also, when he had a personal issue and had to take leave - I was out of prescription so he went out of his way and sent me a personal letter to my home address with the prescription for my medication so I didn't have to stress over it while he was away. Again, I would recommend him to anyone. I am very happy to be under his care.

I have met dr. Zachariah for the first time back in March 2022. He has been able to very swiftly diagnose and treat my condition making a great improvement how I feel physically as well mentally. I can not express enough how grateful I am for the professionalism and the vast knowledge of dr. Zachariah. I truly appreciated him taking the time to explain everything and making sure I understand what is happening and what is the treatment plan. I would definitely recommend dr. Zachariah to anyone who requires a visit to an endocrinologist.

Dr Zachariah has been very thorough with trying to get to the cause of my condition. He has been understanding, caring and listened so he could advice different treatments. I would recommend family and friends to see him when required.
